During this session, we’ll address the challenges you face in your home, such as layout and energy efficiency issues. Keeping your budget in mind, we’ll work together to determine the best approach for your project. By the end of our discussion, we’ll assess if our partnership is a suitable fit. Moving forward, we’ll send you our Professional Services Agreement, marking the start of our journey to improve your living space.

To begin Revision Built’s design process and establish a comprehensive scope of work, both parties will sign a Professional Services Agreement. Upon finalizing the agreement, you’ll receive an invitation to access our management software app, a central hub for all project-related communication, scheduling, file sharing, selections, and updates. The duration of this phase varies depending on the project size and client response times, typically ranging from 30 to 90 days. Prompt and open communication is essential for maintaining momentum and ensuring a smooth progression. Rest assured, our team will be there to guide and support you throughout this process, paving the way for a seamless and efficient transition to the next phase of the project.

Upon completing the design and project scope, we will meet at your residence for a comprehensive review of the proposed plan, options, cost estimate, schedule, and other pertinent details. Should you decide to move forward with the production phase, our team will fine-tune the design in accordance with your preferences. Subsequently, a copy of our fixed-price contract, encompassing all project aspects, will be sent to you for examination. This transparent approach ensures all parties are well-informed and in agreement before embarking on the production journey.

During our upcoming meeting, we will carefully go over the finalized specification sheet, package cost, project schedule, and other key deliverables to ensure you have a thorough understanding of the project. This session will provide an opportunity to address any remaining questions and fine-tune all aspects of the project. We will carefully scrutinize the construction contract and drawings, helping you gain a deeper insight into your project’s requirements. Once everyone is satisfied, we will sign the contract, which stipulates the terms and conditions, payment and construction timelines, and other specifics. This signed agreement serves as the foundation for meeting your expectations throughout the project’s execution and post-completion stages.

The project initiation day will commence with an on-site meeting involving the client, project manager, and demolition crew leader. This gathering will serve as an opportunity to capture photographs, take notes, and ensure all parties agree before commencing demolition activities. Regular updates will be provided through our dedicated app as the project advances, ensuring stakeholders remain informed. Additionally, on-site meetings will be held weekly to closely monitor progress, address any concerns, and effectively manage expectations throughout the project.
