The owners of this 1960s property were confronted with a range of issues that necessitated a comprehensive solution. In response, they enlisted the expertise of Revision Built and Marie-France from Louis L’artisan to re-envision and rectify the issues plaguing their property.

The chosen approach involved a complete overhaul of the existing space. The renovation process entailed a full gutting, after which a new structural beam was installed. This critical addition provided the stability needed to create a more open and spacious layout.

With these modifications, we successfully transformed a once-problematic space into a welcoming environment where the entire family can gather and enjoy their time together in one room. This project exemplifies the ability to combine architectural creativity with practical solutions to breathe new life into an older property.
